RIC70849 is a buck controller with integrated gate drivers and is intended for use in DC/DC power conversion applications such as point of load (PoL) rails and optimized for GaN HEMTs. This evaluation board is designed to help the user evaluate RIC70849 with a Schottky Gate GaN HEMT. It comes prepopulated with two 100V RH IG1NT052N10R GaN HEMT.
