PSOC™ Control C3 Main Line is based on the Arm® Cortex®-M33, running at 180 MHz, with DSP and FPU capability. In addition to the CPU, the devices contain advanced real-time control peripherals, such as high-performance ADC, comparators,  high-resolution timers and many communication interfaces. Typical applications include HVACs, home appliances, solar, PSUs and EV chargers.

PSOC™ Control C3M5 for motor control

C3M5 is ideal for demanding applications which may require dual-motor drive plus Power Factor Correction (PFC), or requires Wide Band Gap (WBG) switches such as SiC or GaN for maximum system efficiency and power density. 

PSOC™ Control C3P5 for power conversion

C3P5 integrates advanced real-time analog peripherals and a leading-edge digital feature set  to improve efficiency and reliability of new designs.

The leading-edge design environment, ModusToolbox™ allow developers to bring their solutions to market quickly and make the best use of the unique feature set that this product offers.
