IFonly HITFET™/TEMPFET™ PD

To enable the expansion of production capacities for SiC and GaN, Infineon has decided to phase out some existing products from the classic HITFET™ 24V and TEMPFET™ family. Customers have been informed via a product discontinuation notification with a last order date (LOD), a last delivery date (LDD) and a comparable Infineon product (replacement).This document lists alternative Infineon products that are as similar as possible to the original product. In many cases there is no direct replacement. Technical parameters are taken into consideration as well as the package, based on the available datasheets at the release of this document. Whether an alternative product can be used for the discontinued product must be tested and assessed by the customer of our product. Infineon is not liable for the correct listing of alternative products.
