5962R2320601VXA is the DLA-qualified version of Infineon IR HiRel's RIC70847, a radiation-hardened synchronous buck controller designed for harsh environments, such as space applications. It features integrated gate drivers and is specified for operation up to 100 krad(Si) total ionizing dose and single event effects (SEE) up to 81.9 MeV·cm²/mg linear energy transfer.
