Infineon’s RASIC™ CTRX8191FS is a state-of-the-art 28 nm 4D imaging radar MMIC for L2+ to L4 automated and autonomous driving. With a superior SNR, it can detect vehicles and vulnerable road users at distance of up to 380 m using 4T4R configurations. Optimized for low system cost, the CTRX8191FS supports low-cost waveguide antennas, and features a flexible digital PLL for complex waveforms with industry-leading <1 µs flyback time.
