方案简介

本方案使用了安森美（ON）5V~20V宽输出电压范围AC-DC Controller FAN604HMX作为功率转换控制芯片，CoolMOS IPD70R360P7S作为反激开关管，FAN6240M6X作为次级同步整流控制芯片，BSC098N10NS5作为次级同步整流MOSFET，BSZ086P03NS3G作为负载开关 。本 方案支持恒压，恒流，恒功率三种输出模式，最大输出功率为60W，最高转换效率可为90%以上。此方案結合了耕源科技有限公司的PD Controller技术，通过USB PD协议，实现智能供电管理。
