BGT60TR13C 是一款 60 GHz 雷达传感器，带有 L 形阵列封装天线 (AIP)。其内置的有限状态机 (FSM) 管理 FMCW 频率扫描、数据采集和样本存储到内部 FIFO 内存中，同时优化的电源模式和 DC 占空比可最大限度地降低功耗。该传感器通过标准 SPI 接口进行配置和控制，可轻松集成到各种应用程序中。
