TLS850C2TE 是一款适用于汽车应用的调节器，输入范围为 3V 至 40V。其 20µA 的低静态电流非常适合始终开启的系统。超低压差使启动过程中也能运行。新的环路概念仅需输出端的一个 1µF 陶瓷电容器即可确保快速调节和高稳定性。内部保护功能可防止发生故障。还提供 5V 输出版本 TLS850C2TE V50。
