CY62148ELL-55SXI is a 4-Mbit (512K × 8) CMOS static RAM with an 8-bit data bus and automatic CE power-down to cut standby current when deselected. It operates from 4.5 V to 5.5 V over -40°C to +85°C, with a 55 ns speed grade. Supply current is 3.5 mA typical at 1 MHz (6 mA max), 15 mA typical at fmax (20 mA max), and standby is 2.5 µA typical (7 µA max). -55SXI is the Pb-free 32-pin SOIC option.
