CY62167G-45ZXI is a 16-Mbit MoBL SRAM organized as 1M × 16 (or 2M × 8) with embedded ECC for single-bit error correction. It supports 45 ns access time and operates from 4.5 V to 5.5 V over -40°C to 85°C. Standby current is 5.5 µA typical (16 µA max). Dual chip enables, TTL-compatible I/O, and byte write enables (BHE/BLE) in a 48-pin TSOP I package support parallel memory expansion.
