IRHLNM73110 抗辐射 N 沟道 MOSFET 是采用 SMD-0.2 封装的单个 MOSFET，额定电压为 100V，电流为 6.5A。IR HiRel R7 技术可提供高达 300krad(Si) TID 的电气性能，并符合 COTS 分类。低 RDS(on) 和栅极电荷可降低开关应用中的功率损耗。非常适合具有电压控制、快速切换和温度稳定性的空间应用。
