IRS2877AS 具有与 IRS2877A 相同的功能和性能，但根据 ISO 26262（ASIL-B）标准进行了额外开发，支持专用安全机制。 它以微小的 1/4 英寸（4 毫米）成像圈提供 VGA 系统分辨率（640x480 像素），可实现手机中已知的镜头尺寸。此外，相机模块 BoM 通过集成的护眼功能和高效的电源概念进行了优化，标准电压仅为 1.8V 和 3.3V，同时得益于第五代 ToF 像素设计（包括每个像素上的背景照明 (SBI) 电路抑制），在强烈阳光条件下也能提供最佳性能。该成像仪采用 9x9 毫米光学 BGA 封装，可实现标准焊接工艺。
