Infineon’s EVAL-1ED3321MC12N-SIC evaluation board, part of Modular evaluation platform, simplifies assessment of EiceDRIVER™ 1ED3321MC12N gate drivers and power switches in half-bridge setups. This board works independently or can be plugged into the EVAL-DCLINK-DPT board to assist design engineers in either measuring parameters or conducting Double Pulse Testing (DPT). Also, it is compatible with other ICs from EiceDRIVER™ 1ED332xMC12N family.
