The EVAL_5K5W_3PH_LLC_SIC2 is a 5.5 kW three-phase interleaved LLC converter which converts 400 V DC input voltage to a regulated 50 V output. It achieves a peak efficiency of almost 99% and a power density of 170 W/in³, enabled by the superior characteristics of CoolSiC™ and top-side cooled package solution.
