It offers 128 KB flash memory, 16 KB SRAM, and a 40-QFN package. This product combines an MCU with communication and timing peripherals, CAPSENSE™ capacitive touch-sensing system, and versatile analog capabilities. It meets AEC-Q100 standards and is ideal for HMI and sensing applications.
