RIC70849 is a rad-hard synchronous buck controller with integrated half-bridge gate drivers for space. Rated to 100 krad(Si) and SEE to 81.9 MeV·cm²/mg, it’s offered in a hermetic 24-lead flatpack and operates -55°C to 125°C. Designed for GaN HEMTs, it supports 5/12 V inputs and 0.6–5 V PoL outputs. Features 100 kHz–2 MHz operation, sync/multiphase, protections, and optional AVP.
