应用领域/适用场景:适用于电动汽车车载充电,持续充电功率可达11kW,电池电压范围240V~430Vdc可调;反向逆变输出单相220Vac/50Hz交流电, 适用于交流供电需求,反向逆变功率6.6kW;

方案亮点:功率器件采用全SiC器件;采用行业主流电路方案:三相双向AC/DC+双向LLC,正向功率11kW,反向功率6.6kW;功率器件、MCU、驱动芯片核心器件全为英飞凌器件; 高效率(正向96%,反向94%)

11kW SiC车载双向充电机电路由三相PFC+LLC级联组成,其拓扑如图1所示。

第一级为双向PFC电路,正向工作时采用单周控制模式,将三相交流电整流输出800V直流电,其控制模式如图2所示。反向工作时引入第四桥臂,逆变输出6.6kW/220V单相交流电用于车载电器供电。
第二级为双向LLC电路,实现DC/DC调压与隔离功能,输出直流电压240—430V可调。采用定占空比变频控制的模式,根据充电电压大小不同,进行恒压充电或恒流充电,其控制方式如图3所示。
同时,系统还具有软启动、软硬件保护、CAN通讯等功能。样机如图4所示。
