概述

英飞凌的 Thin-TOLL 8x8 封装巧妙地融合了 Thin-PAK 8x8 和 TOLL 封装的优点。较厚的 Thin-TOLL 引线框架可承受更高的 TCoB（板上热循环）次数，最高可达其他 8x8 封装的 4 倍。当使用 CoolSiC™ 芯片时，支持 .XT 封装互连可使 Tj 达到 175°C。
